What happens if you don't buy-back or renew?
If you dont buy-back the items or renew the agreement then Regency Pawnbrokers can sell the item.

How does the buy-back work?

You then get the item back when you pay the cash back, plus holding fee and any charges. The items remain yours to buy-back within 28 days and are kept safe until you reclaim them. You will sign a purchase agreement and be given a pawn receipt, which you will need to reclaim your item
What if I can't buy-back within the 28 days?
Come in before the end of the 28 day period and we can re-new the agreement for a further 28 days, subject to agreed holding fee and any charge.
Who can use Regency Pawnbrokers?
Anyone with something valuable to leave as security. Unlike most loans by banks and financial institutions, we don't check your credit rating or references. You are given the cash based purely on the value of the item.
